Barry Harmon brings over 30 years of experience in business and technology leadership to the Kollective executive management team. As CFO, he oversees the administrative and financial functions. Barry began his career at a large CPA firm, spending seven years as a corporate auditor, specializing in forest products. He then worked at Citibank supervising the financial control function for the US Private Bank. Barry returned to the West Coast and began working in technology, first as CFO of Electro Scientific Industries (ESI) in Portland, leading the acquisition and integration of several businesses and a public stock offering and then as CFO & COO of Apex in Redmond, WA which merged into Avocent and was eventually sold to Emerson Electric. Barry then became a Board member for both ESI and Avocent and for several years served on the Audit Committee and later was Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Prior to moving to Bend, Barry was the CFO of glassybaby, a Seattle based retailer and manufacturer.
