As Vice President of Customer Success at Kollective, Mike oversees a global team of managers dedicated to customer relations, retention and optimization. Having spent over 30 years in high tech in various upper management roles, and as a Sales and Customer Service leader, Mike’s well-rounded knowledge and experience in the industry ensures the company maintains its strong customer-centric focus. Prior to joining Kollective in 2011, Mike worked for Visible Technologies, Interwise (acquired by AT&T) and IBM, as part of the Lotus Development division. Notably, Mike also worked for BMC Software where he was responsible for the Accenture relationship. Mike holds a BS in Engineering from Villanova University.
