BEND, OR / LONDON, UK: 28th January 2018 – Enterprise content delivery company, Kollective, has announced the launch of a new data analytics dashboard for global enterprises, “Kollective IQ”.
The new dashboard allows enterprises to see the impact of live streaming video events, software updates and large file delivery on their networks. Through an easy-to-understand, visual format, Kollective IQ allows business leaders, IT departments and communications professionals to easily find the information that is relevant to them, drill down to identify issues or trends in the network, and share these insights across business units.
Kollective IQ brings the following new features:
Event Analyzer Dashboard – This provides users with network-focused visibility so that they can view historical data from any specific event as well as seeing what is happening during an event in real-time. This provides invaluable insight across the company, allowing IT teams to monitor bandwidth, CEOs to see how many people tuned into their latest company update, and communications professionals to see how effective video content is proving across different offices or departments.
Dashboard Drill Downs – Every tile in the dashboard is drillable, allowing users to pinpoint where there were buffering issues, slowdowns or glitches. This means that users can now drill down into data from specific months, weeks or even a particular live event. Intelligent keywords also mean that users can analyze multiple events based on the same key theme.
Portability – New report-export features, data visualizations and search filters mean that users can easily and rapidly explore or download the data that matters most to them.
ToolTips – Tile-based ToolTips and real-time help features have been incorporated into Kollective IQ, providing users with useful information and handy tips to help them navigate the dashboard and make the very most of their data.
Commenting on the product’s launch, Garrett Gladden, Director of Product Management at Kollective said, “Enterprise customers deserve enterprise-level data, and Kollective IQ provides exactly that. The dashboard is visually striking, navigation is simple and IQ provides metrics that matter in a customizable, easy to digest, and shareable format.
“Executives, communications professionals and network administrators now have the ability to view the reach and impact of any enterprise video event or software update across their networks, surfacing deep insights, giving them the ability to address any issues, access specific data, and share that information with business stakeholders instantly. With Kollective IQ, we are putting the power into the hands of the user.”
The Kollective Product team will be hosting a 30-minute webinar on Monday, January 28th at 8am PT/4PM GT where they will be reviewing and demonstrating many of the features and benefits of this powerful analytics tool.
