Kollective is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Kollective is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Kollective may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

In the following, we inform you about the data collected during your visit to our websites or when you contact us, for what purposes they are processed, on what legal basis the data processing takes place, what options you have yourself to control the collection and processing of the data and when data will be deleted.



Data collected:

When visiting our websites, the following data is automatically transmitted by your browser:

Kollective limits the collection of personal information to that which is necessary and relevant to serve your interest.

Purposes of data processing:

The temporary storage of this data is necessary to enable the delivery of the website to your computer and to ensure the functionality of the website. With the help of this data, we also gain statistical knowledge about how our websites are used. In addition, we collect the data to be able to track and prevent inadmissible access to the web server and the misuse of the web pages and to secure our information technology systems.

We store this data temporarily on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 sec. 1 f GDPR). Our legitimate interest lies in achieving the purposes described above.

General information about cookies and targeting technologies

Data collected:

When visiting our websites so-called cookies are set. These are small text files that are stored on your device. As a rule, cookies contain a characteristic sequence of characters, the so-called cookie-ID, with which your browser can be identified when visiting our websites again.

Technically necessary cookies enable the technical functioning of the website. Some functions of our web pages, e.g. access to some content, cannot be offered without the use of cookies.

 Functionality cookies serve to make the usability of our web pages more user-friendly and to guarantee certain functionalities e.g. cross-page shopping cart, where you can see how many items are in your shopping cart and how to save your credentials, so that when you return to a page, you can access your previously entered data and settings.

 Analysis cookies and tags enable us to generate aggregate statistics, e.g. the number of views, which areas of the web pages are most frequently viewed and location information and the duration of the average stay on the web pages. Kollective allows you to complete forms such as inquiry, 30 Day Evaluation, and Partnership request forms on our Website. These forms may all be completed on a voluntary basis. Kollective will alert you in advance of the use to which such information will be put and to whom it may be provided.

For example, Kollective may ask for your name and e-mail address in order to send you communications of interest about Kollective or the Services. For the deletion of your personal data: Please note, that data we need to carry out your request, for the exercise and defense of legal claims and data for which statutory, regulatory or contractual retention obligations exist, is excepted from the deletion, Art. 17 GDPR.   • Restriction of processing

Under certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of processing, such as: For example, if you believe your data is incorrect, if the processing is unlawful or if you object to the data processing. As a result, your data may be processed only to a very limited extent without your consent, e.g. for the assertion, exercise and defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of other natural and legal persons, Art. 18 GDPR.
