Customer Support is staffed by our US, UK, and APAC Support Teams. In addition, Kollective will assign a Customer Success Manager to be the ongoing contact person both during production rollout and post-implementation. The Customer Success Manager will facilitate meetings, manage milestones, provide trainings, and consult on the Kollective tools, working in collaboration with your team to ensure a successful rollout and ongoing success. Customer Success Managers at Kollective all have experience managing several Fortune 1000 companies with dynamic needs.
